Remote Project Manager
Job Summary
Managing the Virtual Desktop Services workstream, the full-time Remote Project Manager will oversee operational engineering activities, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure project deliverables align with customer expectations while working remotely within the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of operational engineering activities for Virtual Desktop Services
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and action items while tracking risks and issues
- Prepare and deliver weekly status reports and facilitate customer meetings and technical working sessions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Five or more years of experience managing enterprise IT projects or operational engineering teams
- Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure or virtual desktop environments
- Demonstrated experience managing risks, schedules, and stakeholder communications
- Experience using Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or similar project management tools
