Remote Project Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Project Manager will coordinate the integration of retirement products into a mobile banking platform, focusing on cross-functional collaboration and seamless user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end integration of retirement partners, including APIs and onboarding flows, while managing cross-functional execution
• Support collaboration across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Tax, and Compliance teams through program management activities
• Develop and manage project plans aligned with partnership roadmaps, ensuring readiness for tax season and key capability rollouts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of project management experience, ideally in mobile app development or migration projects
• Demonstrated experience managing third-party partnerships and technical integrations
• Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional programs with internal and external partners
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project)
