Job Summary

Coordinating the life cycle of strategic and branded content projects, the full-time salaried Remote Project Manager will serve as the intermediary between sales representatives, clients, and content creation teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with strategic branded content projects from initial kick-off to final delivery, ensuring timely completion within scope
• Lead project status update conversations, providing accurate updates and guidance to all stakeholders
• Collaborate with team members and fulfillment parties to troubleshoot project-related issues and maintain effective communication

Required qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience in media project management preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in branding, marketing, and advertising
• Proficiency in utilizing project management tools effectively
• Ability to stay updated on digital marketing industry trends and best practices
