Job Summary
A consulting company has a current position open for a Remote Project Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Acting as point person for project coordination through final reporting
- Creating and monitoring internal and external timelines for deliverables
- Assisting in the investigation and reporting of subject site findings for inclusion in reviews and reports
Qualifications Include:
- Coordinate, participate and/or conduct site visits, as necessary
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a project management role with contractors, architects, or engineers
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and client management skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications
- Building construction experience and building codes knowledge
- Understand plan development, construction administration, or project management
