Job Summary

A financial technology firm has an open position for a Remote Project Manager.

Must be able to:

• Communicate with the company's sales team post-sale to successfully and efficiently onboard new customers.
• Be the primary contact for any new customer with the expectation that you are effectively an SME on all of the company's products
• Partner with the engineering team to successfully integrate any new platforms

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum 2+ years experience working in client facing role, preferably in a B2B software or FinTech environment
• Ability to interact with potential customers in a professional manner
• Proven experience running high-stakes projects from inception to completion
• Ability to quickly ramp up on Synapse's product knowledge
• Ability to work independently within a small, fast-paced team
• A drive to help democratize best in class financial products
