Job Summary
A company that provides software and systems engineering services is in need of a Remote Project Manager Dynamics 365 Specialist in Reston.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting to DevOps development teams test planning and execution
- Ensuring clear communication with Microsoft regarding SaaS status of required security parameters
- Supporting system interruptions and ticket resolutions in customer required timeframes
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business related field, engineering, or a related scientific or technical discipline
- 3+ years of experience
- 3+ years of experience related to supporting O&M of a CRM system specifically Microsoft Dynamics CRM/ D365
- 3+ years of experience working in Azure
- 1-3 years of experience leading or managing a team
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft administration and productivity tools
