Job Summary

A legal services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Project Manager in Fargo.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Being responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of a contracts project
• Communicating with internal and external stakeholders about project progress as well as risks, issues, and mitigation plans
• Managing a team of attorneys and paralegals

Qualifications for this position include:

• Must have 5+ years of contracts experience
• Must have client-facing experience
• Previous experience review, drafting, or negotiating NDAs, Statements of Work, Amendments and Master Agreements
• Previous experience mentoring junior attorneys in drafting contracts and providing feedback to improve drafting quality
• Must have experience reporting metrics and performance data
• Must have experience leading/managing a team
