Job Summary

A software and technology consulting firm is in need of a Remote Project Manager Scrum Master Onboarding Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Facilitating scrum ceremonies for one or more scrum teams
  • Helping facilitate onboarding of resources
  • Providing and tracking agile metrics as it relates to scrum team predictability

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 3+ years Agile program management experience in software development using Scrum
  • 2+ years’ experience as Scrum Master
  • PMP Certification
  • Experience with Agile ALM tools like JIRA, Rally, etc
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with other teams
  • Strong ability to foster and maintain a positive and creative work environment
