Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Project Scheduler will manage project scheduling, controls, and financial analysis for engineering projects, utilizing Deltek Open Plan and Deltek Cobra while collaborating with engineers and project managers.

Key responsibilities
  • Support planning and maintaining control accounts, ensuring schedule traceability and timely detail planning
  • Review expenditures for accuracy, providing authorization to charge and resolving discrepancies
  • Develop and maintain Earned Value Management processes, reporting on program performance and variances
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a recognized engineering field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling, controls, EVM, and financial analysis
  • Proficient in Deltek Open Plan and Deltek Cobra
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work
