Key Responsibilities

• Proofread a variety of content including digital copy, marketing collateral, and technical files
• Correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors while ensuring accuracy of facts and terminology
• Collaborate with teams to resolve discrepancies and provide feedback to enhance content clarity and effectiveness

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional proofreading experience, preferably in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotech, healthcare, legal, or finance
• Exceptional mastery of English grammar and syntax with strong attention to detail
• Experience proofreading technical, marketing, and digital content
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines independently
• Must use own equipment and be comfortable working fully remote
