A staffing company has a current position open for a Remote Property Accountant in Nashville.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working on overall budget review
- Reviewing cash receipts and A/P invoices
- Completing month end close, journal entries, and associated accounting duties
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to work from home one day per week
- Minimum 4 years of Property Accounting experience
- B.S. in Finance or Accounting
- Fluent communicator in both written and verbal forms
