Remote Property Analyst

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented and investigative Remote Property Analyst for a full-time position, responsible for conducting complex property research, compiling due diligence reports, and supporting real estate transactions across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed property research using online resources, municipal websites, and public records
• Compile and produce accurate due diligence reports for title companies and real estate professionals
• Engage with municipalities and government offices to gather necessary information and resolve inquiries

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of work experience in customer service or research
• High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Familiarity with the title industry and related terminology is preferred
• Ability to work remotely in designated states (FL, TX, AL, TN, NC, GA, IL, MI, ND, VA)
• Proficient in Google, Adobe, and other related computer software
