Job Summary

A national provider of specialty claims and risk management services is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Property and Casualty Claims Senior Manager.

Must be able to:

• Provide overall oversight on the claims handling process
• Conduct claim reviews with the client, in addition to reviews of the claim files
• Take part in performance evaluation as well as the performance improvement process

Required Skills:

• BS / BA or equivalent work experience
• 5 to 8 years experience
• Knowledge of claim handling principles, including legal concepts
• Knowledge of damages, including bodily injury
• Performance management skills
• Good communication skills
