Job Summary
A company that provides customer experience outsourcing services is seeking a Remote Property and Casualty Insurance Customer Service Representative in Fishers.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing claims service via internal channels (phone/email) to members and third-parties.
- Adjusting low to moderately complex claims
- Acquiring and applying basic knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance
Qualifications for this position include:
- Position may be onsite after COVID-19 situation stabilizes
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Demonstrate conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- This position will require you to obtain an Insurance Adjuster's license
- Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills
- Passionate about the customer experience and helping others
