Job Summary

A company that provides customer experience outsourcing services is seeking a Remote Property and Casualty Insurance Customer Service Representative in Fishers.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing claims service via internal channels (phone/email) to members and third-parties.
  • Adjusting low to moderately complex claims
  • Acquiring and applying basic knowledge of Property and Casualty insurance

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Position may be onsite after COVID-19 situation stabilizes
  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Demonstrate conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
  • This position will require you to obtain an Insurance Adjuster's license
