Job Summary
A business process solutions, operations management, and analytics consulting company is filling a position for a Remote Property and Casualty Insurance Technical Customer Service Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Answer Customer Service phone line and appropriately manage the call
- Notify Current Auditor or Branch Manager concerning specific items
- Escalate to themselves and complete the audit at the insured’s request
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Understanding of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping practices
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Experience working in commercial lines (Property & Casualty) insurance
- Effective diplomatic oral and written communication skills
