Job Summary

A business process solutions, operations management, and analytics consulting company is filling a position for a Remote Property and Casualty Insurance Technical Customer Service Representative.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Answer Customer Service phone line and appropriately manage the call
  • Notify Current Auditor or Branch Manager concerning specific items
  • Escalate to themselves and complete the audit at the insured’s request

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Understanding of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping practices
  • Strong computer and typing skills
  • Experience working in commercial lines (Property & Casualty) insurance
  • Effective diplomatic oral and written communication skills
