An insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Property and Casualty Sales and Customer Service Agent in Savannah.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Resolving customer inquiries regarding billing and services
- Assisting customers through written correspondence and phone support
- Identifying customer’s insurance needs and market-appropriate products and services
Qualifications for this position include:
- Active Property and Casualty License
- Ability to maintain knowledge of new products for multiple carriers
- Ability to provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and efficiently navigate multiple programs at the same time
