Job Summary

An insurance brokerage company is filling a position for a Remote Property and Casualty Team Product Trainer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing and maintaining training materials
• Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement
• Providing ongoing coaching and supporting to service team members

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of strong background in training and development in a corporate setting
• Familiarity with the insurance industry; property and casualty, brokerages, client services
• Ability to develop and maintain training materials
• Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement
• Ability to provide ongoing coaching and support to service team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
