Job Summary

An insurance technology company is in need of a Remote Property and Causality Licensed Customer Experience Supervisor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Handling customer escalations via phone, email, and chat
  • Coaching team members on best practices related to customer interactions and efficiencies
  • Implementing department vision and goals within your team

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • P&C license (required)
  • Proven track record of direct reports meeting or exceeding KPIs
  • BA/BS or comparable work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to remain friendly under pressure and resilient to negativity
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer support experience in an insurance call center environment (
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
