Job Summary
An insurance technology company is in need of a Remote Property and Causality Licensed Customer Experience Supervisor.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Handling customer escalations via phone, email, and chat
- Coaching team members on best practices related to customer interactions and efficiencies
- Implementing department vision and goals within your team
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- P&C license (required)
- Proven track record of direct reports meeting or exceeding KPIs
- BA/BS or comparable work experience
- Demonstrated ability to remain friendly under pressure and resilient to negativity
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer support experience in an insurance call center environment (
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
