An insurance company is in need of a Remote Property and Causality Licensed Customer Service Representative in Dallas.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Receiving inbound telephone calls to answer customer questions
• Working with the customers to ensure they are properly insured
• Navigating internal computer system to look up customer information and update policies

Qualifications Include:

• Insurance License
• At least 2 years of customer service experience
• Demonstrated job stability and dependability
• Effective communication and computer skills
• Ability to multi-task with strong interpersonal skills
• Must have insurance experience with full time availability
