Job Summary
A life insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Property and Resources Management Area Manager II.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting Area Managers III in formulating and monitoring operating and capital budgets per property
- Achieving yields comparable or better than the best farmers in the area
- Performing within the total budget framework adjusting
Qualifications for this position include:
- Requires working outdoors, in all weather conditions
- At least 5 years of experience farming
- 4 year college degree in Agricultural studies or related field
- or 9 years' experience farming with at least two (2) years in a Supervisory role
- Must be familiar with GIS programs, iPads, smart phones, other customary electronic tools
- First aid/CPR training or certificate
