Job Summary
A business process and contact management center solution provider has an open position for a Remote Property Casualty Licensed Sales and Service Agent.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Handle both customer service and sales calls
- Handle 90% of inbound calls
- Making 10% of outbound calls
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Property & Casualty or Personal Linesinsurance license in your state of residence
- A year of experience in customer service, call center or insurance agency
- Sales experience in any industry
- The ability to relate to others, and to be able to place yourself in their shoes
