Remote Property & Casualty Sales Agent

Job Summary

As a full-time Remote Inside Sales Representative, the candidate will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs to convert sales leads into policyholders while enjoying paid training and licensing opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

• Consult with customers to determine their insurance needs and recommend appropriate products
• Manage inbound sales calls and follow up on warm leads to close sales
• Participate in comprehensive paid training programs, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license

Required qualifications:

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Ability to communicate clearly with both prospects and customers
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Property and Casualty License required after hire
