Job Summary

A real estate investment marketplace has an open position for a Remote Property Management Counsel.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Providing legal guidance to the company’s property management subsidiary
  • Drafting, reviewing, and explaining a variety of property management documents
  • Advising managing brokers and licensed property managers and agents

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Member of a US state bar
  • JD from an ABA accredited law school
  • 5+ years of relevant experience as a lawyer
  • Experience with various states’ real estate license regulations and their interpretation
  • Litigation experience for matters involving landlord/tenant disputes
  • Ability to translate complex legal concepts into actionable guidance for non-legal product and business teams
