Job Summary

A real estate investment marketplace is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Property Management Marketing Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Diving deep into the Great Jones business, understanding our funnel from lead to conversion
• Developing a cross-channel marketing strategy
• Owning and executing marketing strategies within owned/operated channels

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a Technical field
• 3+ years experience in direct and digital marketing
• Experience driving growth through owned and operated marketing channels
• Strong analytical foundation and data-driven approach to understanding a business
• Curious, critical thinking with an ability to interpret data
• Strong communication and project management skills, with ability to work well cross-functionally
