Job Summary
A senior living and urban retirement communities company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Property Management Regional Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Enter and approve eProcurement requisitions
- Ensure quality and reporting for both internal and external third party
- Ensure compliance with Computerized Maintenance Management System
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must have a valid driver's license and a current 3-year driving abstract
- Minimum five years related experience and/or training required
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
