Job Summary
An insurance services company is in need of a Remote Property Subrogation Attorney.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Investigating, negotiating and settling mostly large property damage subrogation claims
- Navigating through proprietary database and electronic documents to process and resolve claims
- Coordinating and overseeing the outsourcing of litigation to outside counsel on complex recovery cases
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- 5+ years of property insurance subrogation claims handling experience
- Must be able to read, write and clearly speak English language
