Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the Subrogation Team on a day-to-day basis
• Process and resolve claims with subrogation potential using proprietary databases
• Document all activities related to recovery and maintain accurate files

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Experience in handling property subrogation files of moderate to high complexity
• Proficiency in using multiple computer systems and basic software programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to work remotely with strong time management and organizational skills
• Proven experience in a fast-paced work environment
