Remote Property Subrogation Supervisor

Job Summary

Responsible for day-to-day supervision and leadership of the Subrogation Team, the full-time Remote Property Subrogation Supervisor will manage the subrogation process, ensure accurate documentation, and navigate complex claims while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the subrogation process by processing and resolving claims with subrogation potential using proprietary databases
• Handle property subrogation files of moderate to high complexity, ensuring thorough documentation of all activities related to recovery
• Utilize multiple computer systems efficiently, maintaining technical proficiency in programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel

Required qualifications:

• Experience in property subrogation or related field
• Strong understanding of state negligence laws and statutes
• Proven ability to manage complex claims and documentation effectively
• Excellent time management and organizational skills for remote work
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle difficult conversations
