Job Summary

A real estate services and investment management company has a current position open for a Remote Proposal Bid Development Director in Chicago.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Provide management and oversight to the Proposal / Bid Management team
  • Lead, coach and develop the Proposal / Bid Management team to be best in industry
  • Develop standard processes, templates, and nomenclatures to be used by the Proposal / Bid Development team

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • At least ten (10) years of proposal creation / development / management, communications and writing experience
  • Understanding of the Real Estate industry and outsourcing of the full breadth of CRE / Facilities Management services
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or Business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective presentation skills
  • Ability to translate broad concepts and ideas into clear and logical communications
  • High degree of energy, assertiveness and creativity
