Job Summary

An IT company has a current position open for a Remote Proposal Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Issuing, collating and following up on data calls, both internally and with external partners
  • Creating standard working documentation such as proposal calendars, compliance matrices, etc
  • Being prepared to edit contributions for grammar, conciseness, compliance and narrative flow

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, English or a related field
  • At least three years' experience as a Proposal Coordinator
  • Deep familiarity with the federal procurement lifecycle
  • Strong organization and project management skills
  • Expert in Microsoft Word; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
