Job Summary
A provider of customer engagement services has a current position open for a Remote Proposal Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Responding to RFx requirements to submit high-quality pursuit documents to deadline
- Contributing to proactive pursuit development and responses
- Maintaining existing and creating new RFx response materials that are persuasively written and high quality
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 6+ years of experience in a pursuit/proposal management role
- Proven excellent writing skills
- High proficiency with MS Office, proposal software such as Qvidian
- Ability to interrogate all responses received to ensure they are aligned to the solution, win themes and are written in a compelling way
- Ability to participate in qualification review of new RFx opportunities
- Ability to own responsibility for working on several tools and pieces of documentation at once, under pressure, and to tight deadlines
