Job Summary

A business consulting agency needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Proposal Writer in Austin.

Must be able to:

  • Determine proposal concepts by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs; studying requests for proposal (RFPs)
  • Gathers information by identifying sources; coordinating submissions and collections
  • Improve proposal-writing results by evaluating and re-designing processes, approach, coordination, and boilerplate

Qualifications Include:

  • BS in English or IT related field with 3-5 years of experience in a proposal writing role
  • Experience working in online collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
  • Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle
  • Familiarity with PMP or Project Manager Training, Six Sigma, CMMI
  • Familiarity with Risk and Change Management, Help Desk, and Cybersecurity
  • Familiarity with establishing PMO
