Job Summary
A financial services firm has a current position open for a Remote Proprietary Funds Business Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Perform daily pricing and valuation activities and processes for affiliated mutual funds
- Design and perform price back-testing and price confirmation based on portfolio transactions and market data
- Design and conduct ongoing risk and materiality analysis of fund holdings
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, mathematics or related field
- Securities licenses Series 7 and Series 66 required within 6 months of hire Three years of related experience
- Knowledge of investment management data &/or technology, including security reference data, pricing & valuation processes
- Knowledge of Investment Company Act of 1940 is a plus, as well as knowledge of mutual fund prospectus rules
