Job Summary
A non profit organization has an open position for a Remote Prospect Development Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Set vision, goals and strategies for a prospect management and research program
- Develop and oversee policies, processes and workflows for prospect research
- Oversee the research team in the timely production of detailed and accurate reports
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 7 – 10 years’ experience in prospect management and research
- Strong working knowledge of the major gifts area
- Ability to locate and interpret financial and biographical information from a variety of sources
- Proficiency in use of leveraging technology and prospect research strategies
- Significant computer experience, including use of word processing and spreadsheet software
