A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Prospera Patient Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working with assigned Nurse Coordinator to maintain and support existing customers
- Assessing the needs of patients with focus on customer support, coordination of logistics, and problem solving
- Maintaining and supporting a service-oriented relationship with patients
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum of 2 years of Call Center experience in an inbound and outbound capacity
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Outgoing personality with excellent oral and presentation skills
- Ability to think strategically as well as execute tactically
- Emphasis on competitive analysis and team first attitude
- Ability to relate and educate our technology to potential patients
