Job Summary

A non-profit religious institution has an open position for a Remote Provider Accounts Specialist in Broomfield.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with providers
• Maintain good working knowledge or provider network in assigned region
• Provide support for customer escalations involving the provider network

Required Skills:

• High School diploma (or equivalent) required, Associate’s degree preferred
• 2 years of experience in a customer service or vendor management support function
• Proficient in basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
