Job Summary
An insurance and benefits provider has a current position open for a Remote Provider Advocate.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building provider awareness and engagement of brand, not limited to provider recognition issues from field request
- Educating providers on protocols, policies, procedures, portals, and services to improve overall provider experience
- Serving as the main point of contact for providers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Exceptional data entry skills
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Provider Relations, Account management or comparable work experience
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
