Job Summary

An insurance and benefits provider has a current position open for a Remote Provider Advocate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Building provider awareness and engagement of brand, not limited to provider recognition issues from field request
  • Educating providers on protocols, policies, procedures, portals, and services to improve overall provider experience
  • Serving as the main point of contact for providers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Exceptional data entry skills
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Provider Relations, Account management or comparable work experience
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
