Remote Provider and Client Outreach Specialist

Job Summary

A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Provider and Client Outreach Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Managing ineligible coverage responses for upcoming appointments
• Updating claim information when errors or corrections are identified
• Explaining billing to providers or deescalate upset providers/clients when their concern is a complex billing issues

Qualifications Include:

• Highly organized, operational thinker, rarely leaving questions unanswered
• You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with priorities changing weekly
• Strong understanding of healthcare claims, plan benefits, and patient responsibilities
• At least 2 years of experience in Medical Billing or Healthcare setting
• Effectively organize communication and adjust to the audience you are engaging with
