Job Summary
An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Provider Contract Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating the technical structure for common contract templates to be used throughout the enterprise
- Working closely with the Contract Administration Team (CAT) to ensure that contracts meet all requirements
- Leading the development of optimal functional/technical enhancements to the contracting application
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Requires a BA/BS degree or paralegal training (or equivalent experience)
- At least 5 years experience with contract language, contract development, negotiation, and/or administration
- Experience with the company's contracting application required
