Job Summary

A global healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Provider Network Capitation Strategy Senior Director.

Must be able to:

  • Provide strategic oversight, ideation and consultation for Employer & Individual (E&I) capitation strategies
  • Identify opportunities across E&I to create and influence existing capitation programs tactically
  • Provide oversight and direction to align the E&I line of business strategy with supporting capitation strategies

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 10+ years’ experience in health care, including driving and executing in a healthcare organization
  • 5+ years business and strategy leadership experience
  • Strong business acumen, with experience in business case development
  • Advanced level of knowledge of data/claims systems processes
