Job Summary

A health insurance company is in need of a Remote Provider Network Operations Coordinator 4.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Performing Roster Audits
• Acting as a customer service liaison
• Resolving provider load issues

Qualifications Include:

• 2 + years of provider relations experience, Health Care services or related experience
• Intermediate in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and TEAMS
• 1+ years experience managing mid to large scale projects
• Must ensure designated work area is free from distractions during work hours and virtual meetings
• Must provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a workspace
• A minimum standard speed of 10x1 for optimal performance
