Job Summary
A physician-led healthcare staffing company has an open position for a Remote Provider Payroll Specialist in Knoxville.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Setting up recurring payments and direct deposit
- Gathering and preparing pay data for entry
- Entering pay data into payroll software
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Associate’s Degree preferred; or 5+ years equivalent work experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or payroll
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Proficient in Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookups and advanced formulas)
- Good decision-making and judgment skills
- Must be able to work under pressure meeting critical deadlines
