Job Summary
A health technology company is seeking a Remote Provider Practice Coding Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Reviews medical records and assigns appropriate procedures and codes
- Conducts data quality reviews of records to assess compliance
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Willing and able to travel when necessary, if applicable
- Must have NICU Pro Fee coding experience
- Associate or Bachelor’ degree from AHIMA certified HIM Program
- Ability to communicate effectively in the English language
- A minimum of 1-5 years of coding experience
- Experience in computerized encoding and abstracting software
