Job Summary

A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Provider Process Senior Strategy Advancement Professional.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading multi-disciplinary deep dives into specific areas of the consumer journey
  • Guiding an agile delivery team to develop a vision and prioritize initiatives
  • Developing a de novo strategy to deliver simpler care, health equity, best outcomes, and sustainable growth

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 1+ years of provider experience
  • 3+ years of experience with process implementation and analysis
  • Prior experience contributing to/leading cross-functional executing on strategic initiatives
  • Prior experience in highly collaborative, flexible, team-oriented working style
  • Prior experience utilizing problem-solving skills and able to perform complex qualitative and quantitative analysis
