Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Provider Relations Advocate.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting in end-to-end provider claims
• Enhancing ease of use of physician portal
• Supporting development and management of provider networks

Required Skills:

• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of health care/managed care experience
• 2+ years of provider relations and/or provider network experience
• Intermediate level of proficiency in claims processing and issue resolution
• 1+ years experience with Medicare and Medicaid regulations
