Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Provider Relations Advocate.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end provider claims
- Assist in efforts to enhance ease of use of physician portal
- Support development and management of provider networks
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma
- 4+ years of health care / managed care experience
- 2+ years of provider relations and/or provider network experience
- Proficiency in claims processing and issue resolution
- 1+ years of experience with Medicare and Medicaid regulations
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
