Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Provider Relations Advocate in Tampa.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end provider claims and help enhance call quality
- Assist in efforts to enhance ease of use of physician portal
- Support development and management of provider networks
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel 50 % of the Time
- 3+ years of provider relations and/or provider network experience
- Proficiency in Medicaid in claims research
- Proficiency with Medicaid and Medicare regulations
- Experience delivering oral and written presentations
- Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
