Job Summary
A healthcare and senior living company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Provider Relations Health Plan Services Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and coaching team of network associates & coordinators
- Creating/updating, training and ensuring compliance
- Developing and managing the execution of strategic onboarding and education process
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- 5 years’ experience in Provider Relations, Network Management and/or health plan operations
- Demonstrated ability to manage a small to mid-size team remotely
- Ability to analyze data, work cross-functionally, and build internal tools and infrastructure
- 2 years’ supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Word and Excel
