Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Provider Relations Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Interact directly with market providers and internal staff in the resolution of claim issues
- Maintain ongoing communication with project contacts throughout the project process
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- OR 2+ years’ experience and superior skills in Medicare and Retirement COSMOS claims
- Prior access and knowledge of COSMOS and CPA/CPW
