A software developer has a current position open for a Remote Provider Relations Representative in San Francisco.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Serve as the primary contact supporting our providers
• Coordinate and facilitate meetings with providers
• Assist medical operations leadership in organizing documents and data

Qualifications Include:

• Advanced proficiency in computer technology
• Ability to demonstrate customer service skills
• Bachelor's or equivalent experience and understanding of healthcare settings and/or mental health
• At least 1 years of experience in high touch customer service or healthcare
• Understanding of HIPAA and other regulatory requirements
• Experience working on collaborative, diverse and feedback-driven multi-disciplinary teams
